Workplace Integration |
Supported Employment Al Younbouh Rehabilitation Center is proud of its accomplishments regarding supported employment. A highly successful workplace integration program, designed for those students who are capable of entering the workforce, has recently produced “Employee of the Month” awards for two students who work in a local restaurant.
The supported employment program can be adapted to suit the requirements of the professional field the student will enter and is divided into three sections - educational, professional and self-autonomy skills. Al Younbouh’s social office is responsible for placing the student in employment, coaching him and is responsible for his follow up during employment.
